This website is owned by Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited ("Awfis"), a company duly registered and incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, whose address is at C-28-29, Kissan Bhawan, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110016, India. We are maintaining this website as a service to our Buyer /User. By using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please review the following Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or review information or subscribe from this website.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of this application / mobile application ("App").

By merely using the App, the User shall be deemed to have contracted with Awfis and have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained, including the various policies incorporated by reference in this website https://www.awfis.com ("Awfis Website")

The use of the App by the User and the underlying Work Space Solution offered through the App are subject to and governed by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use') including the applicable guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If the User transact on the App, it shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the App for such transaction.

ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE APP INDICATES USER’S AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO THE USER SHALL READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

By implicitly or expressly accepting these Terms of use the User also accepts and agrees to be bound by Awfis Policies (including but not limited to Privacy Policy) as amended from time to time.

When the User uses the App or sends emails or other data, information or communication to Awfis, it agrees and understands that it is communicating with Awfis through electronic records and consents to receive communications via electronic records from Awfis as and when required. Awfis may communicate with the User by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

  • DEFINITIONS
    1. Awfis Product shall mean and include all items provided in our product list on the Awfis Website.

    2. Buyer shall mean any individual or entity, who buys Awfis Product(s).

    3. Accepted Modes of Communication shall include all communications made through e-mail / SMS / notification.

  • INVOICE AND MODE OF PAYMENT

    The payments shall be made by either of the accepted modes of payment in advance. Accepted Modes of Payment shall include the following:

    1. Under any payment gateway

    2. Online payment of credit cards and debit cards

    3. Online banking

    4. Wallet offered by payment gateway

    5. Stored cards

  • REPLACEMENT OF AWFIS PRODUCT

    The Buyer shall inform to Awfis, about any damage/breakage or issue in the Awfis Product within 03 days of delivery of such furniture, product, etc. in writing. Any communication received later than 03 days of delivery shall not be entertained by Awfis for replacement.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

    There is a 'No Cancellation, No Refund' policy once an Awfis product has been purchased by the Buyer.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    The Buyer shall not take, copy or use any information or intellectual property belonging to Awfis or their Members or guests, including without limitation any confidential or proprietary information, personal names, likenesses, voices, business names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, other identifiers or other intellectual property, or modified or altered versions of the same, and this provision will survive termination of this Agreement. The Buyer will not take, copy or use for any purpose the name "Awfis" or any of our other business names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, other identifiers or other intellectual property or modified or altered versions of the same, or take, copy or use for any purpose any pictures or illustrations of any portion of the Premises, without our prior consent.

  • GOVERNING LAW

    This shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

  • NOTICE

    Any notices or other communication required under this Agreement shall be in writing, sent by email, registered/speed post/courier addressed to the party at the following address:

  • DISCLAIMER

    Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order completely or partially before delivery of Awfis Product by providing prior information to such Buyer and under such scenarios, Awfis will initiate the refund process for the deposit amount and the Buyer will receive it in their source account within 10 working days. Any current/future orders placed by the Buyer shall have no connection with any of his/her previous orders. Awfis shall provide the services either by itself or through any third-party. In case the services are provided through any third-party, Awfis shall share the details (only to the extent required to provide the services) of the Buyer to enable such third-party to provide the service. The Buyer hereby authorizes Awfis to share the details of the Buyer with such third party.

  • KYC
    1. INDIVIDUALS:
      1. Voter ID Card
      2. Passport
      3. Driving License
      4. UID (Aadhaar)*
      5. PAN Number*
    2. NON-INDIVIDUALS:

      Entity Type Documents 
      TRUST
      1. Entity proof and Address proof Documents of the Entity. 
      2. Trust Deed signed by at least 2 managing / authorized trustees & Certificate of registration with Registrar of Trusts or Deputy / Assistant Charity Commissioner / PF Commissioner (in case of PF Trust) & PAN card in the name of the Trust
      3. Certified copy of the Resolution/authorization letter 
      STATUTORY CORPORATIONS
      1. Entity proof and Address proof of the Entity. 
      2. Resolution/Authority Letter
      3. Entity proof like Govt. Notification, Letter from the ministry acknowledging the constitution of the entity, etc. 
      4. PAN Card or Form 60 to be taken as applicable for the entity.
      SOLE PROPRIETOR
      1. Two Entity proofs and One Address proof of the Entity. 
      2. PAN card of the Proprietor is compulsory. 
      SOCIETY 
      1. Entity proof and Address Documents of the Entity
      2. Certified copy of certificate of registration of the society signed by the Secretary / Chairperson / President / Member of the Managing Committee.
      3. Certified copy of Rules and By-Laws of the institution signed by the Secretary / Chairperson / President / Member of the Managing Committee.
      4. PAN card in the name of the Society. 
      5. Certified copy of the resolution passed for signing agreement
      6. Society's memorandum of association and rules and regulations. 
      SECTION 25 COMPANY
      1. Entity proof and Address proof of the Entity
      2. Trust Deed certified by trustee.
      3. Certificate of registration with Registrar of Trusts or Deputy / Assistant Charity Commissioner / PF Commissioner (in case of PF Trust) & PAN card in the name of the Company
